Co-marketed with and later bought by Logitech.
Last marketed by 3DConnexion as the 'Spacemouse Classic'
3Dconnexion ended official support on Dec. 31 2006.
Available in serial and USB versions, with 8 programmable buttons.
The '*' button in tandem with the other buttons allows for zeroing, setting the sensitivity,
and axis dominance of the device within the hardware itself. (see: instructions on the bottom of the device)
